Davide Ferazza, Milano, 1980. After graduating in Philosophy with a specialization in Aesthetics, Davide has worked for two years as an editor for the publishing house Abscondita. After, He has achieved an MA in Business Management at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan, and  he’s worked at Piccolo Teatro di Milano as curator for video comunication department (including documentaries on Luca Ronconi, Luis Pasqual and Pina Bausch). After collaborating with other production companies based in Milan, in 2012 he founded Withstand.

Lorenzo Damiani. Portoferraio, 1971. graduated in political science. During his universities studies he gets in touch with the ADV’s world as a driver, and suddenly he understands that he wants to be part of the advertising world and work 360° with professionals in communication. Right after his graduation he obtains the Tv producer role in DLV, one of the coming out agencies in Milan and Italy in terms of the communication reality. After three years working in the agency, he realizes that his greatest desire is to work on film production; he gets then involved in TheFamilyFilm during its start up period facing international projects as BMW, FIAT, VW, SAAB CAMPARI, TIM FERRERO PARMALAT and a lot more, cooperating with important Italian and international directors. In December 2009 Lorenzo decides that it’s time to find new goals and in March 2010 he becomes K48’s executive producer helping it in the growing process. In 2017 he is looking for a new professional turn and gets in touch with WithstandFilm becoming soon part of the team as the executive producer.

Alessandro Giorgio. Torino, 1977. As Ph.D. in Film History at Università di Torino, he studied silent Danish cinema. For several years he worked at the programming and the retrospectives for Cinemambiente International Environmental Film Festival. He then held various roles in cultural, sporting and traveling events in Europe and North America. He also collaborated with other film and music festivals worked on the set of short films and documentaries. Currently, Alessandro is the General Secretary of Torino Short Film Market and manage the programming of Italian Short Film Agency. From 2013 is distributor and producer for Withstand.

She started her career as a producer for many photographers and production companies. In 2013 she decided to change her life and to become a certified accountant. She joined Withstand in 2017 and she’s ready to deal with enthusiasm a new working experience.

Valentina Segalla, Milano, 2000. In 2018 she graduated in Milan at ITSOS Albe Steiner, School of Cinema, Photography and Graphics. Here she approached the world of cinema and advertising and through personal projects and assignments she developed her passion and decided to make it a profession. In 2019, she started working as an editor at Iggypost, a post-production company based in Milan. In June 2022 she decided to gain new experiences and moved to Withstand Film where she is enthusiastically following the post-production.

Chiara Parodi, Imperia, 1993.
After graduating in Anglo-american Literature at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France she moved to Milan to complete her studies.
Thanks to a scholarship she attended a course in Filmmaking at the CFP Bauer, while starting few collaborations as photographer and content creator.
In 2020 she achieved a master’s degree in New Technologies of Arts and Photography at the Academy of fine Arts of Brera, developing a thesis on the relevance of visual arts in the novels of the american writer Paul Auster.
After collaborating with other production companies based in Milan, in 2023 she started a new adventure in Withstand as producer.
